BizFire acts as a software platform provider. Messages sent through the platform are transmitted on behalf of independent businesses using the Services.

3. SMS Messaging Terms
SMS Communications

Businesses using BizFire may send SMS or MMS communications related to:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Service scheduling
  • Technician arrival notifications
  • Estimate and quote communication
  • Customer support responses
  • Service reminders
  • Missed-call follow-ups
  • Job status updates

Message frequency varies depending on customer interaction and service activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to Receive Messages

Consumers may consent to receive SMS communications by:

  • Contacting a business using BizFire
  • Submitting a service request form
  • Initiating communication via phone call or SMS
  • Verbally consenting during service interactions
  • Requesting appointment or service updates

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Businesses using BizFire are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate consent records.

Opt-Out Instructions

Consumers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

After sending STOP, consumers will receive confirmation of their opt-out status and will no longer receive SMS messages unless they opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Violate telecommunications regulations
  • Transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Use the Services for prohibited industries or illegal activity

BizFire reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

5. Telecommunications Compliance

Businesses using BizFire are responsible for compliance with:

  • TCPA regulations
  • CTIA messaging guidelines
  • A2P 10DLC requirements
  • Carrier messaging policies
  • Applicable state and federal laws

Businesses must:

  • Obtain proper consent before messaging consumers
  • Honor STOP requests promptly
  • Maintain consent records
  • Use approved messaging campaigns
  • Avoid prohibited messaging practices

BizFire may monitor messaging activity for compliance and abuse prevention purposes.

6. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain Services.

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality
  • Restricting access to devices
  • All activities occurring under their account
  • Providing accurate information

Users must notify BizFire immediately of unauthorized account access.

7. Third-Party Integrations

BizFire may integrate with third-party providers including:

  • Messaging providers
  • Telecommunications carriers
  • Call tracking systems
  • Payment processors
  • Analytics platforms
  • Cloud hosting providers

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

BizFire is not responsible for third-party systems or service interruptions outside our control.

8. Payments and Billing

Certain Services may require payment.

By purchasing Services, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees and taxes

Subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.

Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Refund Policy

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, designs, text, graphics, and technology are owned by or licensed to BizFire.

any part of the Services without written permission.

11. Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by the BizFire Privacy Policy.

12. Data Security

BizFire implements reasonable safeguards to protect user information and platform integrity.

However, no electronic system is completely secure, and BizFire cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Service Availability

BizFire does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Carrier outages
  • Third-party failures
  • Internet disruptions
  • System upgrades

BizFire is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by telecommunications carriers or third-party providers.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizFire shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost profits
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Carrier delivery failures
  • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence

Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid for Services during the preceding 12 months.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizFire from claims arising from:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Improper messaging practices
  • Failure to obtain consumer consent
  • Regulatory violations
  • Misuse of the Services
16. Termination

BizFire may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for:

  • Non-payment

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Using Bizfire Review Management

By accessing or using Bizfire Review Management, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our platform is designed to help businesses monitor, manage, and respond to Google Business Profile reviews, and you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and Google's policies.

19. Changes to These Terms

BizFire may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
