  • Business Communication – Lead follow-ups, onboarding messages, query responses.
  • Promotional Messages – Offers, product updates, marketing messages (only if user opted-in separately).
4. Account Registration & Google Login (OAuth 2.0)

Users may create an account on BizFire.net using Google Sign-In. By using Google Login, you authorize BizFire.net to access your Google profile information including:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Profile Photo (optional)

We do not access your Google password or sensitive Google data. BizFire.net follows theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including theLimited Use Requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring proper logout.

5. Messaging Compliance (A2P 10DLC, TCPA, TRAI DLT)

BizFire.net uses Twilio A2P 10DLC compliant numbers (USA) and DLT-registered sender IDs (India) to ensure fully regulated and secure messaging.

Types of Messages You May Receive:

  • Transactional – OTPs, login verification, password reset.
  • Service Updates – Support messages, reminders, notifications.
  • Promotional – Only if explicit marketing opt-in exists.

Message Frequency: Varies based on activity. OTPs are sent per request; updates only when needed.

Data Charges & Carrier Disclaimer:

  • Message & data rates may apply.
  • Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out Instructions:

  • SMS: Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
  • WhatsApp: Send STOP.
  • Email: Click “Unsubscribe”.

  • All messages are sent through registered DLT templates.
  • Sender ID is fully registered & verified.
  • No unsolicited promotional messages without consent.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on BizFire.net is owned or licensed by us and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. Payments, Billing & Refund Policy

BizFire.net may offer paid services, subscriptions, event tools, digital products, or premium messaging features. By making a payment on our Site, you agree to our billing terms:

  • Payment Gateways: Payments may be processed using third-party providers such as Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, or others.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes may be charged based on your region.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued only for duplicate payments or technical errors.
  • Payments for digital services already delivered are non-refundable.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once billing has occurred.

Subscription Auto-Renewal (if applicable):Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support.

9. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, including login credentials and device security. BizFire.net is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords, shared accounts, or user negligence.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and India, depending on user location. Any disputes fall under applicable jurisdiction.
